When is my return processed?

Your return will be processed within 10 business days of us receiving it. If you sent your return as regular mail, we have no way of checking whether we received it, this can only be checked if you sent the return with traceable shipping.

When your return has been processed, you'll receive an email confirming this.

If you've paid with Swish, you'll be refunded via Swish, within 24 hours of your return being approved.

If you've paid via Walley with an account or card, the refund will be made to the account/card you paid with. The refund is made within five business days of us approving your return.

If you've chosen invoice as your payment method, the invoice will be canceled, adjusted or credited. If you've only returned part of your order, the amount on the invoice will be adjusted. If you haven't paid the invoice, it'll be cancelled or adjusted. All this happens within five business days of us approving your return. If you've already paid the invoice, you'll be reimbursed for what you returned, to the account you paid from.
