If you think you've received the incorrect product, begin by checking that the product you received matches the product in your order confirmation. The order confirmation was sent to your email soon after you made your order.

If the product you've received and the order confirmation don't match and you've received the incorrect product, send a picture of the product you received, along with your order number, to support@gaminghuset.se and we'll help you further via email.
