Incorrect address was entered in the order

Double check that all the information is correct before you confirm the order. If you move/change your address, your previous address may be saved in the browser and then automatically filled out at checkout. We aren't able to cancel an order or change the address on orders that have been approved.

Brevfrakt: Your name must be on the address provided in order for the postman to deliver the item. If your name isn't on the mailbox, if you live in an apartment, enter the name that is on the mailbox as C/O.

If your name isn't on the address, the parcel gets sent back to us from PostNord as "Unknown". We'll then credit your order and you'll be refunded within 2-5 business days.

Varubrev: If you enter an old address with an apartment number/house number, the parcel will be delivered to the address even though the name on the parcel isn't on the address. This is because the postman instead delivers according to the apartment number/house number that's on the parcel. In these cases, you must personally contact the person/s who live at the address to receive your order.

If it isn't possible to find your name on any door in the stairwell in the case of a property box ("fastighetsbox"), the parcel is sent to the postal office linked to the zip code and you're notified that the parcel can be collected there.

Budbee home delivery: If you have chosen home delivery with Budbee but accidentally entered an incorrect or old address, the shipment will be returned to us. When we have received it in return, we will credit the order with a fee of 150 SEK for our and Budbee's overhead costs, in accordance with our purchase conditions paragraph 3.3.

Instabox home delivery: If you have chosen home delivery with Instabox but accidentally entered an incorrect or old address, the shipment will be returned to us. When we have received it in return, we will credit the order with a fee of 150 SEK for our and Instabox's overhead costs, in accordance with our purchase conditions paragraph 3.3.

Due to customer security reasons, we never change the adress to a completely different one. In some cases, we can add information such as apartment number or C/O.
