Most orders are shipped the same weekday, but the stop time for delivery depends on your chosen shipping option. More information on this can be found below. In case of any exceptions, such as education, you will find information on the homepage.
Below are the stop times for each forwarder;
Bring: 14.55 mon - 15.15 tue-fri
PostNord agent: 15.15 mon-fri
PostNord företagspaket/business parcel: 15.15 mon-fri
CityMail: mon-fri 15:40
Pick up at warehouse: mon-fri 15.55
Letters (brevfrakt): mon-fri 16.50
Budbee: 18.20 - mon-fri 17.25 - sun
Instabox: 18.20 - mon-fri 17.25 - sun
Delivery methods
CityMail box: Sent to the CityMail locker you selected at checkout (trackable). You will receive an SMS with a collection code when the shipment has been delivered. Identification with Bank ID is required. The iBoxen app is required to collect the shipment. Private individuals only.
Instabox box: Shipped to the Instabox locker you select at checkout (trackable). You will receive an SMS with a collection code when the shipment has been delivered. Identification with Bank ID is required. Private individuals only.
Budbee box: Sent to the Budbee locker you selected at checkout (trackable). You will receive an SMS with a collection code when the shipment has been delivered. Indentification with Bank ID is required. Private individuals only.
PostNord ombud: If you choose PostNord ombud as the shipping method, the shipment is sent to your selected PostNord agent (trackable). You will receive an SMS when your order is available to collect from the agent. Individuals and companies.
Bring ombud: The shipment is sent to your nearest Bring agent (trackable). You will receive an SMS when your order is available for collection. Individuals and companies.
Budbee home delivery: Delivered directly to your home with Budbee (trackable). You choose at checkout when you want the shipment to be delivered. In some cases, identification with a bank ID may be required. Private individuals only.
Bring företagspaket: Delivered directly to your company with Bring (trackable). Delivery takes place weekdays between 8am and 5pm. Only one delivery attempt is made. If no one is on site to receive the shipment, the shipment will instead be delivered to your nearest Bring agent. Companies only.
PostNord företagspaket: Delivery to your company with PostNord. Delivery takes place weekdays between 7am and 6pm. Normally only one delivery attempt is made. If no one is on site to receive the shipment, the shipment will instead be delivered to the nearest PostNord agent. Companies only.
Hämta på vårt lager: The order is available for collection at our warehouse in Södertälje Monday-Friday between 09.00-17.00. Only personal extradition against valid identification. You will receive an email when the order is available for collection. Private individuals only.
OBS! Only delivery of orders placed via the website. It is not possible to purchase on site.
Track you order:
We always recommend choosing a tracable shipping method to be able to follow the shipment and to get information more quickly about when it is delivered/where you can pick it up.
To track your shipment more easily, we recommend the app "Mina Paket" from Unifaun. There you have the opportunity to receive notices and other information about the shipment's journey to you. Don't forget to add your phone number and email address to the app, and all shipments will be automatically synced to the app!
